- Please remember that no fireworks of any kind are allowed on FBTS property. Please make sure all visitors to your unit are aware.
- The roof assessment of $2300 was due by June 30, 2010. If you have opted to make monthly payments, $600 is due June 1, July 1, August 1, September 1.
- Effective with the June 1, 2010 payment, monthly dues are $300.00.
- At times materials such as newsletters or building inspections are sent via email. If you are not receiving these emails and would like to or if you are receiving and would like to be removed from distribution, please send your request to info@forestbytheseahoa.com.
